Nurse Green Card Sponsorship
Let Us Help You Achieve Your American Dream
As the U.S. nursing shortage continues to impact staffing in the medical industry, foreign-trained nurses have become more desirable than ever. Getting a green card and moving to the United States to become a registered nurse may seem impossible to some, but Multi Dimension Consulting HealthStaff Solutions makes job placement and relocation both easy and achievable.
Am I Qualified to Be a Nurse in the U.S.?
If you are a foreign-trained nurse looking to move to the United States, you will first have to understand how your certifications and education compares to American standards. Currently, the U.S. only offers work visas to registered nurses and advanced practice nurses, so you will need to pass the NCLEX RN exam to qualify for employment. This exam is designed to test your skills as a registered nurse and will determine your ability to become a nurse in the U.S.
You will also need to have current experience working as a nurse (typically a minimum of 2 years is required) to receive sponsorship by a healthcare employer for a permanent work visa also known as a green card.
Why Do I Need a Nursing Staffing Agency?
Multi Dimension Consulting HealthStaff Solutions is not a typical nurse staffing agency. We do not charge staffing fees and we only offer direct hire, permanent placement full-time positions. We work with hospitals and healthcare employers that will provide nurse sponsorship for a permanent work visa (green card).
Our knowledgeable team will help you along every step of the way. Our recruitment team works with you from the beginning; scheduling and preparing you for an interview with a healthcare employer. After the interview, if you receive and accept a job offer, you will be assigned to a designated case manager on our team. They will guide you step-by-step on preparing you and your family for your immigration to the United States. Our team handles all of the immigration paperwork to help ensure your certifications meet the requirements to match you with the ideal employer that is ready to sponsor your immigration to America.
